Extra Dry Vermouth 19 % vol
Lisa Bauer is an Austrian winemaker and distiller. She uses for her WERMUT EXTRA TROCKEN 015 Muscat blanc, a grape variety also preferred in old vermouth recipes. By distilling an eau de vie made from the same wine as the one that is fortified with it, the typical aromas of the Muscat grapes increase significantly. She distills gentle the same batch of wine in a copper pot still. Lisa creates a floral, spicy and dry vermouth. She enhances the characteristics of this wine by adding certain botanicals. The sugar content is 26.8 grams per liter and well below the maximum 30 grams of sugar content for "extra dry".
