Hazelnut Spirit 41,5 % vol

Hazelnut is one of the most popular domestic spirits. Often, however, these are more reminiscent of the liquid form of the well- known nut nougat spread in terms of taste. For this, we wanted to create a "grown-up" and above all natural alternative. Gerhard Liebl from the Bavarian Forest uses fresh juniper berries in addition to roasted hazelnut for this distillate. This combination not only perfectly complements the two flavors, but also allows aromas to emerge that the individual ingredients would not otherwise reveal. We can proudly say: The whole is more than the sum of its parts.
